Today Rebekah turns three! I cannot believe how big that girl is getting. Three years ago today I was lying in the hospital, wishing she'd just come already! I was nervous, excited and sick of being pregnant!

When that little girl came into the world, she changed my life forever. Those bright alert eyes just threw me for a loop, and she's never let me catch my breath since! She's constantly making me laugh, cry, smile, scream and everything in between. And really, I wouldn't have it any other way.

It's been a big, long, difficult, amazing, fun, sad year for us, and I can't believe how much we all grew as people and as a family. She is our world, and I can't imagine a day without her smile, her kisses, her hugs, or her tantrums (ok, maybe I can imagine life without that one...)

Today she is three, no longer my little toddler, officially a pre-schooler and forever my baby girl. Happy Birthday big girl!

Bekah right before we went to see Santa...

Yuletide!

We've had a busy start to this month so far! Between Ben getting a new job, Bekah deciding to regress and not potty train at her school, and Christmas coming, we just have been swamped. I have so many pictures I still have to post to my photography blog and I have another photo shoot tomorrow! Busy busy! I'm sure grateful for it though. I'm glad we're not so stationary and depressed like last month.

Anyway we put up our tree as you can see above, Bekah helped out a lot. She heped me put up all the decorations from the comfort of the recliner. I should post a pic of it all done, it looks really cute. It's red and green and has big candy canes on it and a red and white striped star. Kind of a pepermint tree. I like it!

Then on Thursday night we took Bekah to go see santa. The Santa at Fashion Place has this cool deal where if you buy one of the higher priced packages ( I think $35 and above) you get a $20 gift card to shutterfly (my FAVE site), a flashdrive with your pictures on it, and a coupon to build-a-bear. Well I was going to take bekah there for her birthday anyway, and $20 on shutterfly WILL get used, so we went.

Sadly the Santa wasn't as cute as the one we went to last year, but ah well, still Santa-y. Bekah looked adorable in the dress Grammy got her, and the purse Tami gave her. She would NOT let go of that purse!

After that we went to Cheesecake Factory, and may I say... Yum? I love that place. We haven't been since our Anniversary about a year ago. It was really nice to get out and spend some time together.
